Responsibilities :
Complete Supervision and control of production shop floor Effective manpower utilization and meeting production targets as per plan Making available resources required to meet qualitative and quantitative needs of BST ‘s manufacturing operations Play pivotal role in ensuring effective coordination amongst planning, Design, Inventory, Logistics and Sourcing Divisions. Providing periodical production reports to Management giving details of shortage if any in material availability Ensuring discipline amongst workers and staff members relating to production department Minimize wastage and bring innovations in manufacturing techniques Facilitate team meeting to evolve better coordination and effective interaction Analytical approach to identify critical areas relating to production and operations and take corrective measures Responsible for dispatches of finished goods as per targets set by the company in coordination with the dispatch and logistic section
